The Institute of Electrical Research, now known as INEEl, celebrated its 40th anniversary. And I had the honor of making a video that reflects the values ​​that shaped this wonderful institute.
My idea comes from energy, it explodes, giving rise to the values ​​that INEEL reflects, where finally everything comes together in a single point, thus forming the institute.
